Totally disagree. Only someone Without a captive NAND supply would buy them. Someone like Apple. They buy WDC at $150/share and offer Toshiba all the money Toshiba needs to stay listed and go forward (at a reasonable junk bond interest rate). Apple gets their NAND at cost and all that they need, Toshiba gets a deep pocketed partner who can participate in all R and D going forward. For Apple, the 50 Billion (+/-) is easily done and no more worry over chip supply
