After the initial horrible shock wears off, I have found from my own past similar experiences that it's very important to do something purposeful so that you don't
feel totally beaten down and like your life is spinning out of control. I also really
like to take long walks when I am in crises.>>

I have been eating (too much) lots of licorice all my life. I have
gotten sick to my stomach at times but have never had any other side
effects. Funny, my son loves it too. There must be something in the
genes..
