Jerry, we really need a good sell in the market, its triple topped with lousy cash flow so far, especially for January, and there's lots of world financial angst.. the reasons for keeping our markets in the highest ranges while others get tanked just can't be rationalized by safe haven logic.. this is good, just too bad everyone can't exit without getting hurt a little. Back to the food...

Here's the location if anyone's interested... enjoy

SUSANNA FOO
(Chinese)
1512 Walnut St.
Center City

Susanna's is the most expensive Chinese restaurant
in Philadelphia, and the best. Owners Susanna and
E-Hsin Foo mounted a $1.5 million renovation in
1993, enlarging the room (a former steak house),
and adding a new kitchen. Chinese art and antiques
create a space worthy of the kitchen's gourmet
offerings. Best of all, they added an upstairs caf‚
to serve up their famous dim sum (the pheasant
dumplings with shiitake-mushroom sauce are
fabulous).

Downstairs, a favorite entr‚e is Eight Treasure
Quails, made with Chinese sausage, lotus seeds,
and sweet rice. The bar has a full wine list and
imported beers. It's hard to resist the
chocolate-covered fortune cookies, but Madame
Foo always recommends the banana
chocolate-mousse cake.
