A word of caution about using Zack's is that they are sloooow to update their ratings. Sometimes this slowness makes their data worse than useless because it misleads investors. Use I/B/E/S and FirstCall as better sources - FirstCall useually being the best. Also be careful with who you get I/B/E/S and Firstcall reports from - indirect compilations may lag their actual ratings by up to several days.

Many thanks. I have looked at QNTM and I think they will be a buy in about 3 months. Until then I see msot tech stocks (unfortunately) flat to down. In 3 months, everyone's favorite excuse (asia) should be more stable and demand for PC components will start to pick-up in anticipation of the back to school season (first starting lowest down on the ladder of course and the sub component makers, then upto the component maker 2 months later and then finally box makers)..
