This is going to be a very interesting experiment indeed. The charts are bullish, as you've noted. The Fed is taking serious bearish action with both Quantitative Tightening and Rate hikes dead ahead. Which will win? I'm betting the Fed wins and stock and bond price enter a new bearish trend. You are saying the charts are bullish and will remain so through May. Let the games begin! :) Should we make a bet with the winner getting bragging rights? Just for fun?
