Steve -- Nice move on DAINN. You seem to be getting
this down fairly well. Had a So Korean ask me one time
if he should set up his corp in Panama or US. I responded
by indicating that I was still trying to figure out whether
to set it up in Virginia or Delaware. As in that case, I'm
observing and learning.

Looks like a diet is in your future. And they call Paris
the food capitol of the world?
