Farris ,if they blow out the new found 47.5 m shares, you are talking about incredible dilution-I'll need a calculator. You can figure each new share issued is worth 20 of the old ones,the mathematics are mind boggling..DD

Does this sound like the machinations of a "Consultant" who knows how to maneuver in the securities game? Anyone want to bet on how soon the next convertible debenture deal comes around? Gee, I wonder who will benefit from this one?
