Collins is a big Ryan fan and actually voted for him as President so I think she gets on board. What Trump did to McCain by saying he was not a war hero when all evidence was to the contrary was pretty low and could backfire on him here. Flake and Corker are pretty hardcore, I think, against the tax cut plan. There is an outside chance McCain could be won over with some additional military appropriations dear to his heart. Trump will bend over backwards to get this tax cut bill passed. I wouldn't underestimate him here.
