Yes, I was(still hold 10K free) an EXSO guy<vbg>, but even they didn't do a reverse,and especially if all reg s isn't converted. You can compare this to OVIS/RMIL, doing a 30:1 reverse split and then management picks up 2m shares at the time the issued shares were reduced to around 2.5M
Major dilution for shareholders,great deal for management..DD
