FARRIS, it will be interesting to see how the price reacts,as said, it should come out at 20X todays close. with only 2.5 issued and a tiny float-trading should be minimal,if it is a high number then something is happening-some type of conversion. FWIW, one would think the Reg S is done,if not they just made a tremendous amount of money..Is there a filing-should be..DD
PS: needless to say,I won't touch it..
