<anyone buy stock> apart from shorts locking in profits I did. IMO, today's selling was overdone 'cause traders were fearful of holding positions over the weekend. I could not help but notice that the big money center banks did relatively well, and these tend to be better informed than most. I smell billions and billions of taxpayers dollars pouring down the SEA drain. Suharto's friends and family are going to make out like bandits that they arguably are. An announcement should come within the next 48 hours and provide the market with an excuse to rally early next week. Don't get too excited on the short side: this administration will leave no check unkited in an effort to avoid a bear market and/or economic slowdown going into the next congressional elections.
