Have you been to the Middle East? They are building entire smart cities. Dubai is not being built by philosophers....

Countries like Iran with super smart, young engineers are screwed up because they are governed by secular beliefs and philosophies.

Saudi Arabia is getting ready to take out Iran with US and Israels help... mostly over differing philosophies.....

Perhaps you can share some compelling links supporting the need for more philosophers...

The only people beating the drum for more philosphers are philosophers....

Most places want welders, builders, engineers, doctors.
