I think they'll get better as the coursework is in its infancy. But still better than universities, IMO. They need more Q&A throughout the process, which interestingly, some of the brick&mortar courses have taken to emulating with "clickers". I always had writing skills, and never got anything other than As on papers. I think it is important, and they really need a way to deal with that. Over time, that will come. Right now, with 100K enrollments in some classes, there is just no way.
