Cjacks....The key here is to not take ANYBODY's spoken word for granted! If they claim to have 20 million shares outstanding, then call the SEC and have them send you a quarterly report stating this. Tridon Enterprises taught me a VERY valuable lesson, words are simply just words! Until you see an audited financial report stating these facts, I'd stay on the sidelines. On April 30th, 1996, there were 10,000,034 shares outstanding. By January 1st, there were roughly 30 million. Amount of shares tripled and they weren't just magically put there! Take a look at NAMX. First there were 50 million, then 100 million, now 200 million. This ENORMOUS fact alone is a HUGE dilution of shareholder value! They too didn't just magically appear. They were put there by certain individuals, and I believe everyone knows who those individuals are..
