Obama's tax increases didn't hurt the rich, they hurt the poor. Look at the list of Obamacare linked taxes .. they're aimed at people who aren't rich.

For 2017, the tax penalty for people who can't afford insurance policies is $695 or 2.5% of their income. That's for an individual. For a family, it's $2085 or 2.5% That's horrible.
