CJacks, There is a TEIM thread already which may be worth reading, I don't know because I haven't read much of it myself. As I'm sure you know, shares authorized do not dilute a stock until they are "issued" and then sold after there restricted period is past (if there is one). The original press release about TEIM aquiring the NAMX shares said they were restricted shares but didn't say how long. I have thought about TEIM myself because I'm always in the market for a quick quad! Have a good one, Bob
