Trump believes that Parents can make the best decision regarding their kids education.. not a bureaucrat in Washington in the pocket of a Teachers Union. Every eligible student gets $8K to spend in any school of their choice. And schools compete to attract students. The Choice School in Denver with the longest waiting list is a school that specializes in depressed/suicidal kids.... Theres science HS's (School of Science and Technology) and School of Arts.... etc. etc...
