Another one of Obama's kill-the-Constitution moves. He created an iron-fisted bureaucracy designed to be a separate branch of government - beyond the control of the president or even congress - and stocked it with his own ilk. Now in usual form, the Democrats are trying to take away President Trump's rights (and duties) as president by saying the courts have to rule. Clearly, the Swamp-Sewer is doing all they can to obstruct the president and are willingly stabbing all Americans in the back.
