Every president puts in place around 4000 people. Trump says he wants to get rid of the swamp but can't find anyone willing to work for him. He's an idiot who had other idiots vote for him.

But he can fire many of them and he should. Disloyalty and leaks should not be tolerated. When I used to work and I had employees who were destroying the team spirit through disloyalty and/or a cancerous attitude, I always worked with them to fix their issues, found them another job, or if those didn't work, fired them. This status quo of being disloyal and leaking illegally has to be clamped down on. I'd expect the same during a Democratic Presidency. And btw, that's not dictatorship. That's called building and leading a team that has a unified purpose so you can fulfill the promises that got you in the leadership position in the first place.
