Hi Craig - Re:<It's interesting that they are emphazing NT solutions while management's background is clearly from Sun Microsystems(SUNW).>

Volume point of view - MS NT and maybe even NT-SBS - adding improved disk capabillities is a huge market IMO.

Craig,

NT appears to be where the action is and will be for the foreseeable future, based on new product orientation. You noted this is a start-up so we don't have to worry until they have some product out there. In the meantime I think I would side with Bob Kill (CEO CPCI) in saying that CPCI has already worked through a lot of technical issues that the newcomers still have to deal with. However, it is true that CPCI has no patents and for that reason I think we have to have the radar screen on long range for competition. This appears to be a very big market and we have to watch how CPCI does in market share. They have been quite successful and have developed an excellent reputation from anything I can dig up. MegaDrive is one company that I'm keeping an eye out for. Are there others?

Stuart.
