Of course, that was the primary jest of my education. BA psych, and MPA .

But a sociology 101 course will teach that. It is fundamental and there are a zillion studies to back it up.

E.g. How often do you see gangs or poverty in Jewish neighborhoods!! Their culture demands every child get a good education; or any highly educated neighborhoods?

Crime proliferates where poverty exists and both can be ameliorated by education.
