The Mmkrs are not the ones who make the final decision whether or not a market is made in a stock.

They submit 15c2-11 application forms to NASD, who after conferring with the SEC, determine whether the information warrants reopening the public market in the stock. And although a Mmkr may submit their application and certify that they have reviewed all current and accurate information regarding RMIL, process of recertifying may take weeks, if not months to accomplish.

Sharpe may or may not to make a market, but they don't have the final say. It will all depend on those who decide the merit of having a public market in RMIL and the credibility of the company.

It only takes one mmkr certifying to open a market in RMIL. 30 days afterward, additional mmkrs can "punch in" and make a market.

I'll believe it when I see it..... And when I see it we can then analyze the significance of it.

Everyone on this thread will be increasing their individual knowledge base related to the Mmking process over the next couple of weeks.

Regards,

Ron
