I appreciate you providing that break down of recurring revenue a few weeks, it kind of confirmed why I sit on the sidelines watching this trade while snacking on Moon Cheese. As for you saying it is "ridiculous" for me to question the REV machines ability to disrupt the ages-old methods for preparing cannabis for consumption, I present a closer look at what was actually said by the company and what you are reading into it: What was actually said:The License includes the purchase by the LP of a large-scale 60kW commercial REV™ machine to initiate commercial production and a small-scale 10kW commercial REV™ unit to enable advanced product development. The Company has received a deposit from the LP to secure the equipment purchases. The LP, which is projected to achieve a production capacity greater than 50 metric tons in 2018, will pay royalties based on the amount of cannabis processed using the REV™ equipment. The sub-license rights granted to the LP allow for the sub-licensing of the technology to additional Canadian licensed producers, with sub-license royalties to be shared between EnWave and the LP on an undisclosed basis. All other terms of the License are confidential. Here is your spin on it:An unnamed Cannabis producer has shelled out a few hundred thousand dollars for one of ENW’s gismos destined to process half of this producer’s projected 2018 output. Based on the known numbers , this producer is entrusting 25,000,000 grams or some $180 Mil in revenue based on $7.50/gr (feel free to change the $7.50 to anything you want) to an ENW gismo. - Who's calling who ridiculous?! First, how do you know what is "destined " and what are "known numbers " in the future for this unspecified cannabis producer? No where does it say this producer intends to use this machine at full capacity.....it's quite an assumption to assume that a couple hundred thousand dollars spent on a REV machine is going to commit them to using that machine at full capacity on their entire crop. Why do you figure they also bought a smaller machine for "advanced product development"? Wouldn’t it be reasonable to assume that this producer has done his homework prior to shelling out a lot of money for a gismo and gambling half its revenue on the ENW process? - Based on your numbers, the cost of that REV machine is less than 0.5% of their expected revenues, so I don't think it's a reasonable assumption that this producer has had access to a REV machine enough to figure out all their "advanced product development" quality assurance and quality control chemical composition testing criteria.....and letting a machine sit unused would be much less costly than microwaving a whole crop into a low-grade and/or unsaleable product. Zen, as you well know, I love in depth DD but there is in depth and then there is ridiculous. Strikes me that you’re way into ridiculous territory. All I know is that when things don't work out the way you assume and presume, you're bound to do a U-turn in your sentiment and religiously bash this stock every day in a year or two with ridiculous ineundo and assumptions....and so I believe your yin should be balanced with a little yang at this stage of the game for ENW. Aren't you the one who always claims to be the purveyor of constructive criticism of others investment thesis'?
