Jayfish, Zenyatta has a load hurdles to get through. CCB getting there slowly. 1 st major item . No money No EA ... No PFS ... No Hydrology completed. No defined market .... No trillion $$$ contracts confirmed.. No expense report No, none site preparation . Further work as suggested by the 3.5 yr old PEA on West Pipe , nothing.. No CLFN agreement , possible this could be Zen's LeGris Above items lend to a dreamers dilemma but dream on ..

Yes nothing is easy these days unless of course your name is Justin Trudeau . However my last point here before heading out . There is a huge difference between a group of private citizens applying for an injunction where they take issue with a legal position of council compared to the council itself stating they find the application non compliant and are opposed. The election of the new council has changed the entire dynamics of the application and in politically sensitive Quebec you can count on CPTAQ taking notice CCB is ar rush in not making shareholders aware of this change
