Hi Jim! For anyone that might be wondering, I believe TIRE BUSINESS Magazine is a real live, regular trade journal, not just an "internet thing." The site I mentioned just happens to be the "online version" of their publication.

Best wishes,
Brad

TO: ALL CVIA SHAREHOLDERS AND THREAD PARTICIPANTS!

I was personally detecting some concern regarding the recent CVIA Share Price Scenario! So! I took it upon myself to contact Jack Arnold! And share / address this concern with him! ( On behalf of this CVIA Thread!)

I will list several points that I noted from my interaction with Jack Arnold! ( As a qualifier! I am trying to recap the points from memory!
So please keep this in mind, when reading this CVIA Thread Posting!
At best I would say! View it as only my own personal opinion! But! I will go on record as indicating that I am attempting to share Jack's thoughts ----in my own interpreted words----on this posting!!)

So! Keeping that in mind! Let me begin!!!!

#1. Jack indicated that obviously he could not predict what will happen regarding the price of CVIA stock, he did assure me that he was doing everything he personally could to keep the price of the stock UP!!!!
#2. He indicated that he is not, and will not, attempt to artificially reduce CVIA'S value!!! ( He was responding from a question that I directed to him, " Jack ? Is there any possibility that the new merger partners would let the stock drop to rock bottom prices so that the "new players" could get in at cheap prices?".

#3. Jack indicated that his approach is very simple. If he could create value, profit, stability, and growth through a merger, all parties ( those that stick around long enough, whether shareholders, officers, etc.) would have an opportunity to make money!!!

#4. Jack also indicated that although he could not guarantee that this will happen, he did say that he was doing all that he could with whatever abilities he has to bring a positive result.

#5.Jack indicated he understands that shareholders are justifiably concerned about their investments, but he indicated that if he didn't believe he had a chance to make this work, did I think that he would be spending this much time working on it?-----He then elaborated, and
advised that he was 56 years of age, and would only invest his time in opportunities that he felt had a good chance of succeeding!

#6. When Jack commented about CVIA and it's future, he did reinforce that even if he got CVIA turned around (and did specify that he was getting more confident that he could turn it around! No guarantee's! Just more confident!)------that he felt that there would be growing pains for the company and the shareholders.

#7. Jack indicated that one example of growing pains that would potentially have to be addressed was CVIA'S lack of capitalization, which would have to be addressed immediately!

#8. Jack indicated that he was seeking out private funding for future acquisitions, but those entities require lengthy due diligence. Therefore he indicated that potentially one option might be to use shares ------------( Of the one's currently authorized!) to raise immediate funding.----he then went on to indicate that that was only one of the issues currently before the CVIA Management and it's Shareholders!

#9. Jack in his own words said, " I trust everyone will hang in there through the thick and thin. I really believe I have developed an excellent strategy, but it will take some time."

#10. Jack's final point! Is something that we are already aware of!
But! I will share it just the same!

In Jack's own words! " Incidentally , if you go to tirebusiness.com you will find at the bottom of the Tire Business Magazine web page an article regarding our company and WOTD.

That is the complete summary of the information that I received from Jack Arnold!

And once again! Please don't take my word , that the information that I have shared is totally accurate! Or in any other, way , shape or form!!!!

In my own opinion! My feeling is that Jack Arnold is working , very diligently, with the interest's of all CVIA Shareholders at heart!
( But! That is just my own personal opinion!---Each and every one of you must come to your own conclussions!----Once Again! At best this is a very "High Risk! Venture!) But! As stated before! The down side is "ZERO!" -----But! That's only less than three cents away!-At this point in time!------As a " High Risk" investment speculator! In my opinion! I see potentially four courses of "Action!" that investors can take/make regarding CVIA!!!

They can "BUY CVIA SHARES!"--------- " SELL CVIA SHARES!"--
-----" HOLD ON TO THEIR CVIA SHARES!"--------OR --------------------------" SIMPLY WALK AWAY AND MOVE ON TO OTHER OR NO OTHER INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES!"----
----!!!!!!!!

What ever your decision is???? The important issue ( In my opinion!)
is that " IT IS YOUR DECISSION AND YOUR DECISSION ALONE TO MAKE!!!!"

If it doesn't feel right for your own personal situation!!! Not to worry!

There are thousands and thousands of stocks and other investment opportunities to research!!!!

For those of you, that currently are continuing to follow/support the CVIA merger scenario/opportunity? ( Let's keep our fingers crossed! And keep Jack Arnold in our "GOOD THOUGHT'S!" and wish him the strength and fortitude to make our investment in CVIA a profitable one! ( That is for those of us that so choose!).

In my opinion! He is our one and only link and hope to resurrect CVIA from under this three cent "IMAGE!". ( Just my own personal opinion!).

One last comment from myself!-----I have been trying to get a response/feedback/information from a very large conglomerate( company!) for over three months now!!!!------This large company's shares trade in the $100.+ per share range!!!---I am not a shareholder! But! I was interested in finding some information regarding the industry that it operates in!--------So! My dilema is this! If I pretended for a moment that I was a shareholder of both CVIA ( that is currently trading under the three cent range!)------and the large conglomerate! ( which it's shares are trading in the $100.+ range!!-----Then I wonder which investment , I would be more concerned about???

The one that feels it is important to keep it's shareholder's informed?

OR???? ------ The one that apparently appears to have it's head in the clouds!!! And doesn't view shareholder or investor, feedback/communication as an important component for the companies ongoing business developments!!!!

( I realize that I have used an isolated case as an example! But! If it was able to bring some "entertainment value" to this thread on this quiet Sunday Evening? Then I was happy to do so!).

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
