Well, all I can say is that in every position of leadership I ever held, I would ensure I had loyalty among my employees. I mostly was able to do that from building a shared vision and consensus around what we were trying to accomplish and how. But in some instances I had rotten apples that had to be purged and I did it quickly and quietly. I simply did not tolerate people who were disloyal to their team members or to me. They were corrosive to accomplishing excellence in what we did.

Running a government is no different. The people who are doing this "Resistance" thing are simply making it very difficult for Trump to accomplish his objectives. Trump has every right as a leader to purge them from his extended staff. That isn't Dictatorship. That is called being a good and effective leader. He was elected on his campaign promises and the people who elected him expect him to effectively accomplish those promises. That means he needs to identify the "Resistance" and get rid of them...ruthlessly.

Oh and btw, if you think Obama or Bush Jr were any different, then you weren't paying attention. Obama was very ruthless about leaks. He purged and silenced dissenters within his extended staff very effectively, which allowed him to accomplish his agenda. He was so effective that his holdovers are doing a great job at derailing Trump early in his Presidency. In fact, I'd say this is where Trump is not nearly as effective. He's moving too slowly on this front. When I was a corporate exec, it was the first thing I'd do, usually after a 90 day assessment of the team and our objectives.
