I think it is clear that Mike Kugler dislikes this stock I also think it is clear he is a broker. But where is the beef. Brokers are allowed to dislike stocks and speak out about it. He is clear he thinks this co. is a scam. So if people sell on his word I think he may have some liability as well as his employer. Why dont you jsut look at it as a safety net. If the company is not a scam and the stock tanks sue them. If it goes up you have nothing to sue for. If it goes down and it is a scam he was right and you have no grounds for a suit. If you are confident it is not a scam then you cant lose.

Again, I hear ya talking, my point about the post to DJ was Ron sometimes seems to live in a world which has two set of values, what's allowed for him to do and what's allowed for anyone who disagrees with him. Usually indicative of someone who argues not from conviction, but simply to argue(e.g. a devil's advocate). JMHO of course. Did not intend for the second part to have any significance, it was there as a disclaimer.
