FCC sets wireless deadline

NextWave Telecom of San Diego and other wireless bidders will have until
Feb. 26 to pick one of several restructuring options set out by the Federal
Communications Commission last year. The date, an extension from the
original Jan. 15 deadline, was set because the FCC had yet to rule on
challenges by NextWave and others to the refinancing options. The bidders
sought relief from the FCC last year after fund-raising troubles made them
unable to make payments on their licenses for wireless phone systems.

Sal, What happens on Feb 28th? What are your thoughts on Nextwave's decision regarding the FCC payment options? I think they need to make some sort of annoucement on this matter tomorrow? What is your basis for "Its ugly, period"? What makes it so ugly? Why not a comma?
