Trump has been adamant that there has been no Russian collusion in the Presidential election. If Flynn testifies that he was ordered by Trump to contact the Russians to get dirt on Hillary, then he is a proven liar if his testimony is corroborated. Of course, it's business as usual. Tax cut is in process of getting passed in Senate today. Would the Republican Senators even bother to vote for impeachment even if it was obvious that Trump lied? Market seems to be shrugging it off for the most part.
