You are absolutely right. But it helps when things are not too lopsided. I know, it's always diff. than 1929 but I thought you brought that up like in: "Do we want to go back to 1929 and close our markets"? All I am saying what's good for the goose should be good for the gander. Yes, open markets are always preferable but it has to go both ways. We still have too much fast track going one way - into the US - some other countries are not that fast , their society is not geared to it. Hm. Anyhow due to the fact that we do not have as much exports than we do imports from Asia, it should not affect us quite as much. Tell me, where is the cheapest labor and who takes those products? And how much do we exactly sell there? Yes, we need other countries to prosper so we can sell more, but if they don't we could buy a little less to make up for it? I guess I am all wet on this. I hear the knowhows talking. gg.
