End-of-year reporting has a 90 day window, not 45. But GND usually can get their end-of-year out in 45. On another note, it is amazing how fears that a $40 Billion dollar loan from Indonesia might not be paid sends the market into a panic. Isn't the stock of Bill Gates worth about $40 Billion? Maybe he and Warren Buffett should give about $10 Billion worth of stock to them. After your first billion, I doubt if you need to worry about paying the electric bill anymore. It sure would help Microsoft against the Justice Department. Even I would start using Explorer! The Billionaires in Asia should take a look at George Soros and how he single-handedly propped up the economy in his part of the world.
