That's a cop out. People could demonstrate against the tax cuts. More importantly, if everyone organized and went on strike or did not report to their corporation for work for a week, it would make an impression. Even most of the companies don't feel the tax cut is necessary. All it is is a transfer of wealth from the poor and middle income to the rich and super rich. As a shareholder who is fully invested, I love the tax cut because it is much more money deposited in my brokerage account. I'm not going to lie to you about that. Everyone who has a lot of money in the stock market feels that way. But as a human being, I'm opposed and disgusted by it. I'd be happy to join any organized protest against it. Better yet, I would be open to join an organized revolution against the system. But most Americans have become sissies and accept hook, line and sinker what big daddy tells them.

I realize most people need to work to pay their bills. But losing social security and medicare benefits will be more costly than taking a week off from work in protest.

>> it will get ugly <<

I've been dreaming of guillotines for years, but they've been a long time coming ... maybe this tax cut nonsense will do it, but somehow I've got my doubts.

If Alabama would rather vote for a pedophile than a Democrat, I have a hard time seeing We the People coming together on anything.
