Note that I am the only one that could access SI while it was down and bring it back online. This is because of my psychic abilities....grin Riley G --------------- FOR THE RECORD 1. The Short Position 1a. Riley, how did you come to the conclusion of a large short position in OVIS/RMIL? Answer: By sending private emails to every shareholder that I found on SI and AOL message boards, and adding the numbers up! 1b. Has the company ever given you information to confirm a short position? and if so,was it before or after you started the short squeez theory on SI board's? Answer: No the company have never given my any information concerning this. 1c. Did the company enlist you to start this endeavor on SI?and if so,have you been or will you in the future be compensated for it by the company or anyone affiliated in any way with it? Answer: No the company has not enlisted me for my actions. I did so, and continue to do so on my own free will. I have never talked to the company about recieving any benefits for my actions, nor have they or anyone else offered me any. 2. Share's 2a. Have you (excluding the sale to your freind,at cost) ever sold any OVIS/RMIL? Answer: I have given my selling schedule out and plan on sticking to it, I am only buying RMIL at these levels and not selling any until my own shareholder values are reached! 2b. Have all your share's been called in name form? if not than please explain why. Answer: Yes, every share that I have in RMIL is in certificate form, or has been called in NAME form (pending my last certificate as I write this response.) 3. The Cavalry 3a. Do you know if the Cavalry has ever sold any OVIS/RMIL? Answer: No, I have no reported selling from the Cavalry. 3b. Do you know why they are still waiting for 300,000 share's in cert form? Answer: The Cavarly is not awaiting 300k in cert form. They are awaiting over 100k in NAME form. Their shares have all be called in NAME form (Schwab, Etrade and DLJ Direct.) I would like only direct answer's to my question's please,and if you have any way too help me i would appreciate direct answer's from Morgan and Breton as to the question's i posed too them erlier.
