We already established that Republicans have raised taxes over the past several decades. So you're just throwing out a silly partisan talking point not based in objective fact. As to how you could afford the military, which apparently you want to disband, the answer is in discretionary spending. Cut it or at least freeze it for awhile. There are certainly things we can eliminate ... Planned Parenthood, National Endowment for the Arts, National Endowment for the Humanities, and there is certainly more.
