I am posting this for a good friend (no SI membership) who has had nothing but trouble over the last few weeks !

I writing this with much frustration, I am an active trader with
Fidelity. I am now sitting here with a buy for Dell for 1hr. I do not
know if I own this stock and if the trade has gone thru.
I have been on phone with Fidellity all this time, they cannot give me
an answer. I trade whilst watching a daytrading room, and do not see
people having this type of problem today with other trading systems.
They claim that the market is very busy and and cannot tell me if I am
filled or not, to worsen things, I cannot sell the stock because I am
not recognised as owning it. I have talked with
with a supervisor whom I
requested to let me know when this trade should go thru, he responded by
saying he (Jim Tubertini) cannot stay on phone with me, I will see it on
the online system when order goes thru. The last time this happened I
waited 24hrs to get confirm!
I have had 4 other occurences like this, and have spent hrs on phone
wasting my time!
I truly think this is unacceptable! My money IS being held hostage!
Furthermore I have requested to have forms to close out this acct on 4
different occassions, and have yet to recieve the closure forms, this
also is abhorent to me
