Way to Go..Daddy!!!!

I wish more of the yeas would put pressure on managment to respond to questions. The SEC halted this stock due to lack of current and accurate information from the company. And the SEC doesn't "release" a trading halt. They are limited to 10 day adminstrative halts whereupon the company and mmkrs must comply with 15c2-11. This is clearly misrepresentative in my opinion.

Morgan has just basically stated that the SEC acted in a trivial manner by halting the stock and furthermore, has implied that they have exonerated the company from any further investigation.

Ask him if the SEC has subpoenaed any documentation or bank account records from the company or insiders. Tell him that simple yes or no answer will suffice.

I think that you shareholders need to know this. If I was a RMIL shareholder I certainly would be pressing for an answer.

Regards,

Ron
