Buy a bottle of Sciabica Arbosana Fall, their most 'peppery' product, yet sweet and mild raised in the hills near Porterville, California. - Sciabica olive oil - sunshineinabottle.com

Compare that with a bottle of California Olive Ranch Arbosana which is similar in flavor and quality to Pinesol. California Olive Ranch makes the most disgusting olive oils I've ever tasted. No restaurant in Barcelona has ever served me olive oil which tastes that bad and the Barcelona-based owners of California Olive Ranch have made no attempt to sell their crap in Spain

California Olive Ranch has previously set-up actresses and housewives in various supermarkets in Los Angeles to pass out chunks of sour dough bread dipped in their samples of creosote oil. They refuse to taste their own samples, because they were already required to do that when their were hired.

As people cough and gag, the supermarket sample women hand them a cup of water and tell them they're suffering from the robust taste of a "full flavor" olive oil.

If that's the "flavor" you want on your food, there's nothing I can do to talk you out of it.

If you don't like the buttery olive flavor of quality olive oil and want a stronger flavor, I'd suggest trying a bottle of Sciabicca Mediterranean Medley Olive Oil which is crushed with Oregano, Basil, Garlic and Rosemary producing a wonderful taste - lots of flavors other than olive but all delicious without any coughing and gagging.

Just stay away from their olive oil crushed with oranges. Bitter orange skins make the oil taste like a cleaning solution akin to California Olive Ranch oils. It's as bad as their lemon olive oil is good.
