When they are trading in between the bid and ask it is very hard to tell -- generally people will not buy this stock with such a large spread. Seems that the real spread is more like $2.37/$2.75. I do not believe there have been any "buys" on this stock except for the 2000 I bought and then sold a day or two later and then I think I saw someone buy 700 the other day -- not positive however. Someone wants or NEEDS shares very bad to keep driving up the bid on selling like this. Anyone selling is an idiot. Buying? I will start in a couple of days when my accounts are in order -- all my cash and most of my stock is going to NDB. More real info in the next post.

OK. Share questions.
I think you can assume that the 6+ million issued to buy into this deal is safe and sound and will not hit the market anytime soon -- but then -- what do I know?
The real question is the 2.3 million. Here is what Tyson told another of our investors whom I am in very close contact. (He is my partner actually)

"Talked with Tyson.
The 6M+ shares restricted under rule 144 are separate from the 2.3M shares issued under rule 504. Of the 2.3M rule 504 shares only .5M (app.) have been issued. The other 1.8 are "subscribed" and will be issued shortly. The 2.3M shares are going to officers, directors, supliers, and others with a vested interest in the company."

This seems to me to be a good sign. These guys are very serious about making money, but they are not too worried about us current shareholders. Big picture we should be great -- short term -- who knows.
