the only reason Flynn got caught is because the trump administration couldn't keep their lies straight just ask why, if Kushner directed Flynn to reach out to the Russians -meaning this was a sanctioned event- they'd need to lie to Mike Pence Replying to @KT_So_It_Goes the answer, I suspect, is that they lied to Mike Pence about lying to the FBI, and because Mike Pence is not as dumb as the rest of the goon squad, he realized exactly how bad an idea that was the Pence story never made any sense except as a guy who caught wind of the mess being made, realized he was in danger by proximity, & abandoned ship the lies got so sloppy and inconsistent that Mike Pence panicked & blew the whole thing up by running for the hills, adopting a position of "I know nothing about any of this" at any rate, expect Pence to play a big role in what comes next
