I'm not confused. You are. But since you are too dumb to figure it out I'll help you. If the bottom 50% was even paying 0.0, as opposed to 2.7% it would not mean there are 50% who pay 0.0, despite fools like you thinking it says that.

The reason is that the very bottom actually gets money back, they are negative. So that means the middle and upper end of the 50% are in fact paying more in. Hence there is no such thing as 50% who don't pay taxes.

Pretty simple if you could get your head out of your ass long enough to actually think.

Just guessing, since he knows nothing about the subject, he is referring the SS and Medicare taxes.
