Don't worry about Zen you know AE will get the money no problem you have enough to worry about on your own. Chiefy says it's going to be a long time before anything is settled in Quebec if it ever is. I'd get out of there with a few bucks left if you can, 5 cents coming. But thanks for worrying about Zen anyway.
Actually, I am saying the opposite!
There can be no conflict, Social Acceptability has to be defined or Quebec will lose any chance for exploration. If you can punch all the holes, meet all the enviro issues, and lose the ability to an undefined "Social Acceptability Clause" then who would ever consider on taking a chance on a mine in Quebec?

So they no doubt will create Social Acceptability People to determine exactly what it means. Because at this point NIMBY is a criteria for Social Acceptability, why? Because its not excluded, and not defined anywhere.

So could a community determine a Hydro Tower is not Socially Acceptable because of its height and stop the entire hydro line? What Quebec has not done is define what is Social Acceptability and what criterion is evaluated to assess the merits of either a complaint or acceptance.
