jbn3,

That is interesting to know, but they can have more reason than thinking that lumber is just going up to pay that premium! Not sure who your forcaster in lumber is, but all one has to do is look at a lumber chart and see what has been happening to lumber prices! Also if one studies the future contracts on lumber it does not show much in terms of lumber going up either! Also, I sell timber off my farm and I can say that what people are offering now is no where close to what they were offering just a few months ago!

As far as telling me what to do with DELL, I believe I would be long in DELL now! I'm selling the Feb. calls on DELL naked now and it looks as if the Jan. calls I have sold will expire worthless next week! This is the 6th month that I have pick up premium on DELL options and the total premium is now in the 6 figure range now! And I'm still short DELL at a sell price of $91 and change, so I'm not doing too bad there either! Sure I know I've been told to cover in the 70's and sell again, but I do not and can not trade like that! I'm a little longer term short trader than most short traders! And I'm still looking for the low $60's on DELL to get out!
