The fires are all around me, but will not come close. The Santa Ana winds blow from the NE to the SW out to sea. The weather guys are predicting they will continue through Thursday into Friday. All the facilities that take in animals, especially horses are full. They showed some of the horses that were burned, which was just horrible to see. People in Bel Air had absolutely no warning about the fire. The fire department did a reverse 911 and called people at 5 this morning and told them to leave immediately. They had time to get dressed, but that's about it. The roads up there are one lane, which created a huge problem with the people leaving blocking the fire engines from getting to their houses.
