I try to keep an open mind about these things. All I've seen so far is a mini sell off in tech without any structural technical damage yet while many of the under performing sectors have caught a nice bid. The remainder of December will tell a lot in terms of what will transpire in January. If what I have seen over the past week continues for the rest of the month, a 15% sell off to start the new year is likely. And I would not hesitate to take precautions and hedge my portfolio.
