ENW ... What email response but aside from that ... Pretty obvious that no matter how much effort people put into addressing your concerns, it will never be enough as you seem to have a trust issue with ENW or at least pretend to have one. As you may recall, I too had an issue with ENW. Not a trust issue but a NutraDried / Spire Brands related conflict of interest issue which they finally fixed a year ago. I have always strongly advocated not blindly trusting public companies but so far, ENW has given me no reason to distrust them. Clearly there must be a reason for your distrust. It would really help if you shared this reason.
