Brumar,
Amendment 25, section 4 is for a President that's unable to hold his office due to some sort of mental or emotional disability.
You are now changing your story. Here's what you said:
Section 4 of the 25th amendment provides a constitutional, orderly and non-violent means of removing a President from power against his will.
You never said anything about "mental or emotional disability." All you did was mention that there is a way to remove the President against his will.

And in prior posts, you have endorsed the arbitrary definition of the requirement for the 25th amendment to be invoked. "Mental or emotional disability" then becomes whatever the f--- you want it to be.

This is EXACTLY how a liberal interprets the constitution. Whatever the f--- they want it to mean. All they need is five justices on the Supreme Court to agree.

Ends justify the means, Brumar.
