Does God forgive without repentence? This isn't about MY willingness to forgive anyone. Donald hasn't done anything to me personally. Seagrove just brings up forgiveness because he thinks Matthew 7: 1 means we should be blind to his cult leaders's bad character. If he read further, he'd see Jesus saying: 6 “Don’t waste what is holy on people who are unholy.[ e] Don’t throw your pearls to pigs! They will trample the pearls, then turn and attack you. Implied there is that we should be able to recognize an unholy pig when we see him. --------------------------------------------------------- P.S. - Forgiveness does not excuse sexual assault. Period. It certainly doesn't. James thinks being forgiving means we should ignore Donald's past predatory actions.
