If Cooke were real conservative he'd have voted for Clinton since the tax foundation said her policies would have created the least amount of debt.

Don't get me wrong, I think every republican who said he was a fiscal conservative was, in fact, a habitual liar who wants tax cuts and massive debt.

The idea that any republican in modern history was responsible is almost too much to consider.
