To all Still here and holding all my shares. Some of which now qualify for long term status. One year ago Stream gave its last conference call. Cash flow positive by years end, new War Hammer line, plenty of cash in the bank, most debt eliminated through conversion, what a picture painted by management. Was that management team being honest? I'm no longer sure of what they were thinking at that time. It was only a month and a half later when they were replaced by the current group. Between the months of Sept. 96 and April 97 some very questionable behind the scenes manipulations were made. None of which are reported in the bankruptcy court. I don't know if there is really anything left to fight for in the way of a going concern (has anyone seen a new hammer product or even news pertaining to one?). I do know that there should be a flood of legal monkey wrenches thrown at this proceeding if for no other reason that to satisfy ourselves that we have done all we could do. There are a ton of issues to be raised but it takes the green grease and know how we don't have because management is using it for themselves. If enough legal filings are made (my wish for 1998) perhaps these crooks will end up with the same thing we are being offered.
