Using puts sounds good. Usually, I will sell in-the-money call options if I can get any premium. If I have a stock with good fundamentals, I try to be patient.

DRMD is a stock I have traded at higher prices. The reason I sold was because the doubling of price on the news seemed excessive. I will buy in again. DRMD traded in the teens during 1996. I try to get my tiny profit before Wall Street turns it into a large loss.
